藍果 Privacy Policy

Version: 2026.09.21|Updated and Effective Date: September 21, 2026

Note: This policy explains how 藍果 (hereinafter referred to as "we") handles personal information in the 藍果 H5 website and related services. Please read it in full before use; we will prominently display any content involving sensitive personal information, information about minors, or content that may affect your rights.

I. Information We Collect and Use

1. Startup and Basic Services

To create guest sessions, maintain login status, ensure interface security, and adapt playback capabilities, we may process: a random installation identifier generated and stored only for 藍果, browser and device type, operating system and website version, network type, IP address, access time, and interface and fault logs. The random installation identifier is not equivalent to your name, but when combined with other information, it will still be protected as personal information.

2. Account Services

You can browse as a guest first. When you need to link or sync your account, we will process the mobile phone number, SMS verification code, account nickname, avatar, and membership status information you actively submit. The SMS verification code is only used for identity verification and account security. Please do not submit information unrelated to the service.

3. Content and Playback Services

To show you short dramas, save your progress, and provide search, favorites, and history, we will process browsing, clicks, search terms, playback progress, favorites, viewing history, and content interaction records. You can manage your favorites and history within the app; after turning off content recommendations, we will reduce personalized sorting based on the above records, but will still provide basic rankings and content display.

4. H5 Payments and Membership

When you choose a membership plan, the website requests the available plan and price from our server and opens the third-party H5 cashier selected for that plan. The payment provider processes payment credentials. We receive order status, product identifier, amount, activation and expiration information only as needed to activate or withdraw membership, provide support, and prevent fraud. We do not request or store your bank-card number or payment password.

For advertising attribution and delivery measurement, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. We may send website visits (PageView), checkout initiation (InitiateCheckout), successful subscription activation (Subscribe), first successful charge (Purchase), event time, event identifier, selected product and amount, browser identifiers (_fbp/_fbc when available), IP address, browser user agent, and a one-way hashed internal visitor identifier to Meta. Pixel and server events use the same event identifier for deduplication. Payment credentials are never sent to Meta. Browser identifiers may be stored as first-party cookies. You can restrict browser cookies or tracking in your browser settings, although aggregate or server-confirmed conversion measurement may still apply as permitted by law.

5. Customer Service, Security, and Dispute Resolution

When you inquire, complain, or appeal, we may process the contact information you proactively provide, problem descriptions, necessary screenshots, and account information related to the problem. To identify abnormal logins, malicious requests, infringements, or illegal activities, we may also conduct security analysis based on device, account, and operation logs.

6. Browser Permissions and Analytics

The H5 website does not request access to contacts, camera, photo album, microphone, precise location, or a mobile advertising identifier. Necessary browser storage is used to maintain privacy consent, guest identity, login status, settings, and viewing progress. We do not sell personal information or use local storage for unrelated cross-service tracking.

7. Legal Circumstances Where No Further Consent is Required

Where permitted by laws and regulations, such as when necessary to conclude or perform a contract in which you are a party, to fulfill legal obligations, to respond to public health or emergency protection of life and property, or to legally process information you have voluntarily disclosed, we may process information to the extent necessary. Specific details are subject to the laws in effect at the time.

II. How We Use Local Storage

The website stores necessary data in your browser, including privacy consent status, random installation identifier, login credentials, recommendation toggle, and viewing progress, to maintain session and preferences. Local records may be removed after you clear browser data; data already synced with your account or legally retained may not necessarily be deleted simultaneously. We do not use local storage for cross-service tracking unrelated to the service.

III. Delegated Processing, Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

1. Service Providers

We will only provide necessary information to bound service providers to the extent required for the stated purpose. These providers include server hosting and network transmission vendors, SMS verification providers, the H5 payment provider selected when you actively purchase a membership plan, and Meta Platforms for advertising attribution and conversion measurement. When you share content through your browser or operating system, the target service you select processes that information under its own policy.

2. Sharing Principles

Except with your separate consent, as necessary to perform the services you choose, or as otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will not share personal information with other companies, organizations, or individuals, nor will we sell personal information. We will conduct necessary assessments of recipients and bind them through contracts to process information only for the agreed purpose and to the minimum extent permitted. Unauthorized retention, use, sub-delegation, or re-sharing is prohibited.

3. Transfer and Public Disclosure

In the event of a merger, division, acquisition, asset transfer, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information is transferred, we will inform the recipient and require them to continue to be bound by this policy. If the purpose or method of processing changes, we will obtain consent again in accordance with the law. We generally do not publicly disclose personal information. If disclosure is necessary, we will explain the purpose and type and obtain separate consent in accordance with the law, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

IV. Information Storage and Cross-border Transfer

We will only retain information for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purpose of this policy, except where legal requirements, security audits, or dispute resolution require a longer period. Information will be deleted or anonymized after the retention period. Information is generally stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If business requires cross-border provision, we will complete security assessments, certifications, or standard contracts in accordance with applicable laws, and inform you of the overseas recipient, the purpose of processing, the type of information, and the method of exercising your rights, obtaining separate consent in accordance with the law.

V. How We Protect Information

We take measures such as access control, least privilege, transmission protection, log auditing, and secure handling to reduce the risk of leakage, tampering, loss, or misuse. The internet environment cannot guarantee absolute security; please keep your verification codes and account credentials safe. In the event of a security incident that may affect your rights, we will take remedial measures in accordance with the law and inform you of the incident overview, potential impact, handling measures, and contact information through reasonable means such as app notifications, SMS, emails, or announcements; if it is difficult to notify everyone individually, we will issue an announcement in accordance with the law.

VII. Protection of Minors

We will not knowingly collect personal information of children under the age of 14 without the consent of their guardians. If a guardian discovers that a child's information has been improperly submitted, they can contact us for verification and processing. We will take stricter measures regarding the minimum necessary information, access control, and retention of children's personal information.

VIII. Policy Updates

We may update this policy when there are changes in functionality, processing activities, or legal requirements. For any changes that significantly impact the purpose of processing, the type of information, the recipients of information, or your rights, we will notify you through pop-ups, in-app notifications, or other prominent means, and will obtain your consent again if required by law. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent.
